Shipping policy
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided at checkout.
We use a number of delivery services depending on your location, Australia Post for regional postcodes and Sendle for Nationwide Metropolitan postcodes. All delivery services will have shipment tracking so you know when your shipment is ready for delivery.
AUSTRALIA-WIDE STANDARD DELIVERY
We ship across Australia at a flat fee of $9.95 per Australian delivery address. That means whether you’re in a regional area or across Australia in WA (as we are located in Sydney), you only have to pay $9.95 per shipment for standard delivery as we’ll cover the rest!
Standard delivery, depending on your postcode, will be next day to 7 business days once we have marked your shipment as “Ready for Shipment”. Parcel will be left in a safe area at your delivery address as deemed by Australia Post. No signature required unless requested at checkout in the notes section. We will contact you with the additional cost.
NEXT DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer next day express delivery in Australia only for a flat fee of $16.95 per delivery if you place your order by 2pm Monday to Friday.
Please select this option at checkout and we will ship this straight away!
CORPORATE DELIVERY
For multiple delivery addresses for a corporate order, please contact us at corporate@thegiftedit.com.au and we can organise a price for your total order rather than price per shipment for both standard and express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer International shipping to Asia, Emirates, US and UK. If your country is not listed in checkout, please contact us for International Delivery prices at info@thegiftedit.com.au. In your email, please provide us the following details:

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE
We recommend taking insurance on all shipments as The Gift Edit. will not take responsibility for any delays, or items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has opted for insurance which can be organised by contacting us at info@thegiftedit.com.au or requesting insurance or signature in the special request message box or notes box at checkout. We will contact you afterwards to organise before we dispatch.
